Terry earns his Mark |
| On Thursday 15th February 2018, Dave Stewart the WM of Aeon Mark Lodge at Leyland opened the Lodge in fine style before welcoming VW Bro. Geoff Lee, PGJO, Deputy Provincial Grand Master of the Province, to the Lodge. |

| Geoff wasn’t there because he nothing better to do that evening, like many of the visitors present, he had come to witness a local mason, Terry Fowler, join one of the finest Mark Lodges in the Province. |
| Dave Bishop Senior Deacon and Dave Coulson, Junior Deacon, steered Terry around the various obstacles placed in the way of joining the order by the a superbly worked ritual the WM and Bill Cordiner, the Chaplain, who occupied the chair to work the 2nd half of the ceremony in his own special way. |
| Terry cannot fail to have been impressed by the amount of work put in by all involved to deliver a perfect ceremony. It must have been a relief to all when Chris Wild did his party piece, ‘The Tools’ |
| In responding at the first rising, VW Bro Geoff made a special mention of Terrys many long-standing friendships at Leyland and hoped that the Mark Degree would enhance that even further. |
